Our process

Six steps, and you can stop after any of them.

The legacy site listed these six stages and left it there. Here is what each one actually involves, so you know what you’re agreeing to before you agree to it.

  1. Initial Conversation

A short call. You describe what prompted you to look, we tell you plainly whether we’re the right fit. Nobody prepares anything.

  2. First Meeting

We go deep on where you actually are — accounts, income, obligations, and the decisions sitting in front of you.

  3. Onboarding Meeting

This is where you commit and accounts get opened. Paperwork and access handled once, and your accounts aggregated — so the plan is built from live numbers.

  4. Client Planning Meeting

We walk through the plan together: retirement income, the tax path, what transfers and how. You leave with the reasoning, not just the recommendation.

  5. Implementation

Everything is brought in line with the plan: contributions adjusted, portfolios rebalanced, beneficiaries set, and coverage put in place where it’s needed.

  6. Ongoing Reviews

The plan is a living document. We revisit it as tax law, markets, and your life change — which they will.

Steps one and two carry no cost and no obligation.

Nobody signs anything until step three. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so — and where we can, point you at someone who is.
